Want: Expensive Candles

I have been obsessed with candles as of late, and have fallen into a daze at the choices! The commonly unknown fact about the matter is, that there is an entire market for the luxury candle consumer. Here are a few on my must seek out and try list......

Balenciaga L'Essense is describes as being a feminine and modern fragrance, an intense fragrance that captures the essence of Balenciaga Paris with asserted sophistication. I'll take two please. ($65)
Inspired by breakfast in Tuscany—the moment of breaking open juicy figs, fresh from the tree—Wild Fig & Cassis is a delicious fragrance. I would agree. On another note it will burn for 45 hours. Amazing! ($65)
This scented candle rests on a metal base inscribed with the Givenchy logo. Its scent will fill your home with a soothing atmosphere. I imagine this being heavier than you would think. Still gorgeous though, and I definitely want one.  ($56)

After seeing these Diptyque candles on every third coveteur post, I have good reason to believe they are worth it. Not to mention there are more than 48 scents to choose from! ($60)

Candles really are such a great accent piece to add to any room. They can light up a dull room, fill the air with a beautiful aroma, and if you are lucky enough to own one, you can make all your friends jealous of your MAHJOR cool factor. Just sayin.
